Oldest Air Conditioner Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The Sponsor for this promotion is Bill’s Heating & A/C.

2. Promotion begins April 1, 2026 and ends April 30, 2026. Bill’s Heating & A/C reserves the right to cancel or limit promotion at any time.

3. No purchase necessary; a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

4. To enter, please contact Bill’s Heating & A/C at (208) 777-5528 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. All entrants must provide the information requested and schedule a free appointment with a service technician to inspect your qualifying air conditioning unit. During this appointment, the technician will inspect the nameplate to obtain the serial number to verify the manufacturing date of the existing outdoor air conditioning unit installed. This appointment must be scheduled and completed during the promotion period for the entry to be valid.

5. Restrictions:

• The promotion is limited to homeowners over the age of 18 years.
• One entry per household/address.
• The promotion is limited to single-family residential retrofit installations located within Bill’s Heating & A/C’s existing service territory and is void where prohibited by law. This promotion does not include commercial, multi-family residential or new construction installations.
• The prize will either be a York® manufactured outdoor heat pump or air conditioning condensing unit. Cooling capacity of eligible equipment shall not exceed 5 tons.
• Promotion does not include any necessary electrical upgrades/modifications (not including breaker replacement), evaporator coil, ductwork, gas lines, that may be required to complete the installation and operate the qualifying outdoor heat pump or air conditioning condensing unit. If required, these items will be an additional expense that will be quoted prior to and must be paid at time of installation.
• The prize may not be exchanged for another prize, is non-transferable, nor is there a surrender cash value. Installation of the new unit must be completed prior to June 1, 2026.
• To qualify, the existing air conditioning condenser does need to be in operating condition but must be installed and connected to the residential HVAC system. Units that have been disconnected and/or decommissioned do not qualify for this promotion.
• Bill’s Heating & A/C reserves the right to disqualify/cancel any entries or participants violating these rules or that do not strictly conform with the conditions set forth herein.

6. Actual value of the prize may differ at time of prize award and is subject to the size and nature of the unit Bill’s Heating & A/C determines in its sole discretion is best suited for the entrant’s residential application.

7. Following installation, the unit will be registered and will include a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty with York®.

8. Selection of the oldest qualifying unit entered in the promotion will be conducted on Friday, May 1, 2026, and the winner will be contacted by phone shortly thereafter. The promotion will be judged by the management team by Bill’s Heating & A/C and the decision will be final.

9. Customers purchasing qualifying equipment during the promotion period are eligible for the giveaway. In the event that a customer with qualifying equipment is selected as the winner, they will be issued a refund for the corresponding amount of the qualifying air conditioner or outdoor heat pump condensing unit purchased and installed at their residence during the promotion period.

10. In the event that two or more qualifying units have the same manufacturing date, the winner will be selected using a blind draw method.

11. Bill’s Heating & A/C shall be solely responsible for choosing the make, model and capacity of the qualifying promotional heat pump to be installed at the customer’s residence.

12. Any and all price related expenses, including without limitation, state, federal and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

13. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness and entry for purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received by Bill’s Heating & A/C during the promotion period.
