* Limited time offer. Bill's Heating & A/C reserves the right to cancel or limit promotion at any time.
Offer conditioned upon the purchase and installation of a new “full system” (gas or electric) during
promotional period. A “full system” is defined as a furnace paired with either an air conditioning
condensing unit or a heat pump, or a full-house hydronic heating system. The qualifying tankless water
heater must be installed at the same time as the full system.
Promotion is limited to customers that have natural gas or propane fuel available at their residence at
time of installation of the full system. Any gas piping, fittings or connections that required to connect to
the tankless water heater will be the responsibility of the customer.
The promotion is limited to single-family residential retrofit installations; it does not include commercial,
multi-family residential or new construction installations.
Promotion does not include any necessary gas piping, electrical connections/modifications, water
softener, or plumbing modifications, that may be required to complete the installation and operate the
qualifying tankless water heater.
Bill's Heating & A/C shall be solely responsible for choosing the make, model and capacity of the
qualifying promotional tankless water to be installed at the customer's residence.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions that Bill's Heating & A/C may run during
the promotional period.
Offer does not extend to, or include, any outstanding estimates issued prior the start of the promotional
period on November 1, 2024. All equipment must be purchased and installed before the end of the
promotion on December 31, 2024.
